trade-tory is an online B2B platform for selling and buying overstocks of bicycle parts. Seller and buyer are anonymous until the final bid is accepted. Access is free of charge. The seller is charged a commission on the turnover.
Each registration is checked manually by the trade-tory team. In this way we ensure the seriousness of the players.
The seller places the overstock via xlsx upload. A template for the required article details is available.
The Seller uploads stock.
The Buyer buys an item or places a partial bid.
The Seller contacts the buyer for sold items or accepts/rejects the partial bids.
For all deals on the platform the incoterms ex works apply. Amounts are quoted in Euro excluding VAT.
The invoicing, the agreement of the pick-up date and the organisation of the shipping documents are handled by the business partners outside the platform.
